Products must be returned within ten (10) working days of receipt.
A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returned products.
Customized products are non-returnable.
Products used in a clinical or patient care setting are non-returnable once removed from the original packaging.

Items not received in new re-salable condition cannot be credited.
