For those organizations that want to award the trophy to a different group each month, brass plaques are included and can be engraved for the trophy base. Information to include on the plaques may be the winning department’s name, month, and year.

   The trophy includes imprinting your logo on the front and back. There is a one-time $115.00 set-up fee.
