*There is a minimum order of 25 cards per role (e.g. 25 of RN, 25 of LVN, etc.). All Peek-a-Boos in your order will be added together to give you the lowest price per card.

The following one-time set-up fees apply to each order:

Customize the role or color (includes changing the Patient Safety Standard Design - see below):

• $ 55.00 for the 1st role or color
• $ 25.00 for each role or color thereafter

Customize the patient saftety standard area:

• Quoted on a per-order basis. Please describe what content you would like to include in the form below and we will supply you with a written estimate.
