Add $ 20.00 to add name and or department plus company logo (per trophy). There is a one-time $75.00 set-up fee to add your logo.   • On approved credit, future orders can be billed Net 15 Days with a written Purchase Order (this is required before we can ship your order). You can place an order online using a Puchase Order. Select "Purchase Order" as method of payment. And enter your P.O. number where indicated.
